Trust’s Clearing Process—Creation Orders. The Participating Party notified of confirmation of an order to create Shares through the Trust’s Clearing Process shall be required to transfer or arrange for the transfer of (a) the requisite Deposit Securities (or contracts to purchase such Deposit Securities expected to be delivered through NSCC by the “regular way” settlement date) and (b) the Cash Component, if any, to the Transfer Agent by means of the Trust’s Clearing Process so as to be received no later than on the “regular way” settlement date (as described in the Prospectus) by the Transfer Agent as set forth below.
