Common use of Trustee Dealings with the Company Clause in Contracts

Trustee Dealings with the Company. The Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity may become the owner or pledgee of the Securities and may otherwise deal with the Company or an Affiliate with the same rights it would have, as if it were not a Trustee, subject to certain limitations provided for in the Indenture and in the Trust Indenture Act. Any Agent may do the same with like rights.
