Common use of Trust Beneficial Owner Clause in Contracts

Trust Beneficial Owner. The Trust Beneficial Owner shall not be required to make any deposit, perform any service or otherwise provide any consideration in exchange for its beneficial interest in the Trust. The beneficial interest of the Trust Beneficial Owner in the Trust will not be represented by any certificate or other instrument. Upon the creation of the Trust, the Trust Beneficial Owner shall be the beneficial owner of the Trust and shall have an undivided beneficial ownership interest in the property related to the Trust. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any attempted transfer of the Trust Beneficial Owner's interest in the Trust shall be void.
