Trip Request Procedures. The transportation supervisor will attach to each trip request a driver's preference sheet. The trip request shall have a description of the trip including the destination of the trip, the purpose of the trip, the teacher or person in charge, the estimated duration of the trip, the day, time and place of departure and such other pertinent information as may be available such as scheduled stops, meal times, etc.
