Trial Use. For the duration of any free trial: (a) the rights in clause 2.1 are limited to access and use of the Software for Customer’s internal evaluation purposes only; and (b) AgriWebb provides the Software “as is” and excludes all warranties, indemnities, obligations and liabilities under the Agreement for the duration of the free trial.
