Trial Use. Subject to the terms and conditions offered to Customer for trial use and the terms of this Agreement, Customer may access and use the Service Offerings on a trial basis, for the period stated in the applicable TD, or if no time stated, for thirty (30) days from the date access is granted. ANY ACCESS AND USE FOR TRIAL PURPOSES IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND LENOVO PROVIDES NO SERVICE LEVEL AVAILABILITIES (SLAs), WARRANTIES, OR INDEMNIFICATION FOR SUCH TRIALS. ANY CUSTOMER DATA ENTERED OR CONFIGURATIONS OF THE SERVICE OFFERINGS DURING THE TRIAL PERIOD WILL NOT BE STORED OR AVAILABLE AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD.
Trial Use. If the Software is licensed on a trial basis, your rights to use the Software are limited to the trial period. During the trial period, the Software may provide limited functionality and your use of the Software is entirely at your own risk. During and following the trial period, you may have the option to convert to a full license. After the expiration of any trial period without conversion, the Software will be automatically disabled.

ANY ACCESS AND USE FOR TRIAL PURPOSES IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND CA PROVIDES NO SERVICE LEVEL AVAILABILITIES (SLAs), WARRANTIES OR INDEMNIFICATION FOR SUCH TRIALS. ANY CUSTOMER DATA ENTERED OR CONFIGURATIONS OF THE SAAS DURING THE TRIAL PERIOD WILL NOT BE STORED OR AVAILABLE AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD.
Trial Use. If Delphix has provided you with Software for evaluation only, you have thirty (30) days from installation date and/or access date to evaluate the Software (“Evaluation Period”). If you decide to license use of any of the Software after the Evaluation Period, you must obtain a paid license under terms set out in the applicable Order Form. If you decide not to obtain a paid license for any Software after the Evaluation Period, you must cease using the Software and delete any copies of it from your systems. Software licensed during the Evaluation Period is provided “as-is” and Delphix does not provide technical and maintenance services or offer any warranties until a paid license is obtained.

ANY ACCESS AND USE FOR TRIAL PURPOSES IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND CA EUROPE PROVIDES NO SERVICE LEVEL AVAILABILITIES (SLAs), WARRANTIES OR INDEMNIFICATION FOR SUCH TRIALS. ANY CUSTOMER DATA ENTERED OR CONFIGURATIONS OF THE SAAS DURING THE TRIAL PERIOD WILL NOT BE STORED OR AVAILABLE AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD.
Trial Use. In addition to the other terms of this Agreement, as a trial User of the Service, Your right to access and use the Service is limited as provided in the email communication from the Provider acknowledging Your right to use the Service, or as provided in the web pages describing trial use of the Service. This trial Service might be offered later with different features, for a fee, or not at all, as determined by the Provider in its sole discretion. To maintain a consistent quality of service, the Provider reserves the right to suspend trial access to the Service as needed.
Trial Use. If you are using the Site and Products on a trial or evaluation basis, then the License granted hereunder is further limited to using the Site and Products for evaluation purposes only. No documents or forms produced during a trial or evaluation period may be used to establish or maintain a plan or to produce or submit any required governmental report or filing. With respect to any trial or evaluation License, the term of the License is terminable at any time by Customer or xxxxxxxxx.xxx. All other terms of this Agreement shall apply to use of the Site and the Products, provided however that the limited warranty provided in Section 6.1 shall not apply to any trial or evaluation use.
Trial Use. Subject to the terms and conditions offered to Customer for trial use and the terms of this Agreement, Customer may access and use the Solution(s) on a trial basis, for the period stated in the applicable Order Form, or Veracode internet portal (“Trial Period”). At the end of the Trial Period, Customer’s right to access and use the Solution as provided herein, automatically expires and Customer agrees to cease accessing and using the Solution. For purposes, of a trial, Veracode represents and warrants that it has the right, title and interest to provide the Solution and perform its obligations in accordance with the terms hereof. EXCEPT FOR THE FOREGOING, CUSTOMER AGREES THAT THE SOLUTIONS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND VERACODE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, HEREUNDER INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Without limiting the foregoing, Veracode does not guarantee that it will find all security vulnerabilities.
Trial Use. If the Service is provided on a trial basis, Customer agrees to access and use the Service solely for trial and evaluation purposes during the Trial Period, in accordance with the usage restrictions set forth in the Order. At the end of the Trial Period, Customer’s right to access and use the Solution automatically expires and Customer agrees to cease accessing and using the Service and to de-install any agents or copies of software provided by Cre8tive to access the Solution. The Warranties set forth below do not apply to any Trial Period.
