Common use of Trial Use Clause in Contracts

Trial Use. At Customer’s request, Glean may make available to Customer trial or evaluation use of the Service, including services, software, or features that may not yet be generally available, including pre-release or beta versions of the foregoing which may not operate correctly (collectively, “Trials”). Trials may include partial features or functionality of the Service. Customer may access and use Trials solely for the purpose of evaluating and testing the Service and related features. Except for paid Trials, Glean may terminate Customer’s access to and use of any Trial at any time.
