Common use of Trellis Clause in Contracts

Trellis. A trellis is permitted to support growing plants. Trellis shall be no taller than 6’ and shall be made of durable, sturdy material. Decorative garden arches are permitted with prior permission of the Maintenance Director. Request must be in writing describing the size, materials, etc.
