Tree Restoration Plan. DRPT will contribute a monetary value for the development and implementation of a tree restoration plan as outlined in the Tree Protection Plan. The restoration plan will account for the equivalent amount and caliper of affected tress, as well as the work required by NPS to reintroduce new trees to East and West Potomac Parks, GWMP, MVMH, and National Mall historic districts.

  • Retirement Plans In connection with the individual retirement accounts, simplified employee pension plans, rollover individual retirement plans, educational IRAs and XXXX individual retirement accounts (“XXX Plans”), 403(b) Plans and money purchase and profit sharing plans (collectively, the “Retirement Plans”) within the meaning of Section 408 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) sponsored by a Fund for which contributions of the Fund’s shareholders (the “Participants”) are invested solely in Shares of the Fund, JHSS shall provide the following administrative services:

  • Transition Plan In the event of termination by the LHIN pursuant to this section, the LHIN and the HSP will develop a Transition Plan. The HSP agrees that it will take all actions, and provide all information, required by the LHIN to facilitate the transition of the HSP’s clients.
