Common use of Treasurer; Assistant Treasurer Clause in Contracts

Treasurer; Assistant Treasurer. The Treasurer shall have the responsibility for maintaining the financial records of the Company and shall have custody of all monies and securities of the Company. The Treasurer shall make such disbursements of the funds of the Company as are authorized and shall render from time to time an account of all such transactions and of the financial condition of the Company. The Treasurer shall also perform such other duties as the Members may from time to time prescribe. The Members may also elect an Assistant Treasurer, if deemed necessary or appropriate, who shall have such powers and duties of the Treasurer, as determined by the Members.
