Transpower. Transpower will not be liable to the Customer for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer or any other person as a result of: 9.1.1 any Outage; 9.1.2 any Transpower Data or Transpower Control being incomplete, inaccurate or incorrect in any respect; 9.1.3 any use or execution by the Customer of the Transpower Data or Transpower Controls; or 9.1.4 any failure to successfully execute a Customer Control, provided that this clause does not exclude or limit Transpower’s liability for any: 9.1.5 breach of the Code; or 9.1.6 breach of, or other default in the performance of, any other agreement between the parties, including the Transmission Agreement or an applicable Operational Control Agreement.

  • Transport The Parents consent to the Pupil travelling by any form of public transport and / or in a motor vehicle driven by a responsible adult who is duly licensed and insured to drive a vehicle of that type.

  • Electrical Power Corporation shall provide Contractor with convenient access to electrical power required to perform the work. The electrical outlets used by Contractor shall be those designated or approved by Corporation.

  • Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.

  • Gas If Customer has selected a Gas Fixed Rate, Customer’s Price will be based on the Fixed Rate(s), plus the Administration Charge, set forth in the Application, which includes RITERATE ENERGY’s compressor fuel and transportation charges, administrative and transaction costs and the Gas Balancing Amount and any Regulatory Charges (defined below).

  • Transport Services Upon the conclusion of such multilateral negotiations, the Parties shall conduct a review for the purpose of discussing appropriate amendments to this Agreement so as to incorporate the results of such multilateral negotiations.
