Transporter performance Clause Samples

The 'Transporter performance' clause sets out the standards and obligations that a transporter must meet when providing transportation services. It typically details requirements such as timeliness, safety, maintenance of vehicles, and adherence to agreed schedules or routes. For example, the clause may specify that the transporter must deliver goods within a certain timeframe and ensure that vehicles are in good working order. The core function of this clause is to ensure reliable and consistent service from the transporter, thereby minimizing delays, damages, or disputes related to transportation quality.
