Incident Communications Clause Samples
The Incident Communications clause establishes the procedures and responsibilities for notifying relevant parties in the event of a security breach, data loss, or other significant incident. Typically, it outlines who must be informed, the timeframe for notification, and the method of communication, such as email or phone call. This clause ensures that all stakeholders are promptly and properly informed during critical incidents, minimizing confusion and enabling a coordinated response to mitigate potential harm.
