Common use of Transportation of Employees To and From Work Clause in Contracts

Transportation of Employees To and From Work. The system of sending out work buses each morning and night for the purpose of conveying employees to and from their work when regular service is not available in the Urban Transit Area shall be that in force at the time of the execution of this Agreement. Representatives of the Transit Operations Branch, Transit Services Planning and Reporting Branch and the Union will meet at least once per year to review the requirements for work bus service.
