Transportation Demand Management Ordinance. Commercial tenants in the Project shall be subject to SMMC Chapter 9.53 (the Transportation Management Ordinance), or any successor thereto. In the case of any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Transportation Demand Management Ordinance, the more restrictive requirements shall apply.
