Transparency and openness. All Parties will, upon reasonable request, make available to each other relevant and related information to ensure the principles of this Agreement are being observed and that the Goals and Vision can be achieved. This may include, but is not limited to, perspectives on options that may be available on a given decision and their roles and responsibilities representing a particular Party.
