Common use of TRANSMISSION TARIFF Clause in Contracts

TRANSMISSION TARIFF. Pursuant to FERC Order No. 888, issued on April 24, 1996, and FERC orders where applicable, the WSPP Default Transmission Tariff has been filed and has become effective. The Parties agree to be bound by the terms of that Tariff for so long as they are Western Systems Power Pool members.
