Common use of Translator Clause in Contracts

Translator. Except in cases of a medical emergency and/or a disaster, no employee is required to serve as a translator. This does not apply to those situations when an individual is requested to provide simple instruction, information or direction to a patient/customer. It specifically applies to those situations when specific medical information is either being sought or given.
