Translator Pay. The Sheriff shall maintain a list of designated translators. The Sheriff 12 shall have the sole and exclusive right to select the languages and set the proficiency 13 standards for a translator. Employees who are on the list shall receive three percent 14 (3%) pay over their base rate. 15 Employees who are called to translate shall be advised at the time of the call of the 16 translator activity. Employees are expected to willingly perform translation activities 17 during their assigned work hours.
