Common use of Transitional Nature of Services Clause in Contracts

Transitional Nature of Services. Recipient acknowledges and agrees that the Transition Services are intended only to be transitional in nature, and shall be furnished by Provider only during the Service Periods. Recipient shall use commercially reasonable efforts to have sufficient resources available to it at the end of the Service Periods to perform the Transition Services (or have the Transition Services performed) without the involvement of Provider, its Affiliates or any of its or their respective employees or agents upon the termination or expiration of a Service Period for an applicable Transition Service.
