Common use of Transitional Nature of Services Clause in Contracts

Transitional Nature of Services. The Parties acknowledge the transitional nature of the Services. Accordingly, subject to Article VI, as promptly as practicable following the execution of this Agreement, Purchaser agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to make a transition of each Service to its own internal organization or to obtain alternative Services from Third Parties on or prior to the following transition dates for each of the Services:
