Common use of Transition Plan Development Clause in Contracts

Transition Plan Development. Verisity will work closely with LSI Logic to build and execute a robust plan for the transition of Mintsim features to Specman Plus. Key Mint personnel designated by LSI Logic will meet with Verisity on a quarterly basis, as required, for the purpose of providing inputs for the definition of Mintsim related enhancements for Specman Plus.
