Common use of Transition Date Clause in Contracts

Transition Date. Effective on January 10, 2025 (the “Transition Date”), without any further notice required of the Company or the Executive, the Executive shall be terminated by the Company from his position as Division President, Breast and Skeletal Health Solutions of the Company, as well as any and all positions held by him including, without limitation, as an employee, officer, director, manager, or member, as applicable, of the Company and all direct or indirect subsidiaries of the Company without Cause. Nothing herein shall preclude the Executive from resigning or the Company from terminating the Executive from any positions prior to the Transition Date.

Effective on January 10July 2, 2025 2021 (the “Transition Date”), without any further notice required of the Company or the Executive, the Executive shall be terminated by the Company from his her position as Division Senior Vice President, Breast and Skeletal Health Solutions Human Resources of the Company, as well as any and all positions held by him her including, without limitation, as an employee, officer, director, manager, or member, as applicable, of the Company and all direct or indirect subsidiaries of the Company without Cause. Nothing herein shall preclude the Executive from resigning or the Company from terminating the Executive from any positions prior to the Transition Date.

Transition Date. Effective on January 101, 2025 2024 (the “Transition Date”), without any further notice required of the Company or the Executive, the Executive shall be terminated by the Company from his her position as Division Senior Vice President, Breast Human Resources and Skeletal Health Solutions Corporate Communications of the Company, as well as any and all positions held by him her including, without limitation, as an employee, officer, director, manager, or member, as applicable, of the Company and all direct or indirect subsidiaries of the Company without Cause. Nothing herein shall preclude the Executive from resigning or the Company from terminating the Executive from any positions prior to the Transition Date.

Effective on January 10December 31, 2025 2017 (the “Transition Date”), without any further notice required of the Company or the Executive, the Executive shall be terminated by the Company from his position as Division President, Breast and Skeletal Health Solutions Chief Operating Officer of the Company, as well as any and all positions held by him including, without limitation, as an employee, officer, director, manager, or member, as applicable, of the Company and all direct or indirect subsidiaries of the Company without Cause. Nothing herein shall preclude the Executive from resigning or the Company from terminating the Executive from any positions prior to the Transition Date.
