Transition Date. For the purpose of this agreement, “Transition Date” means the date that is 40 Working Days (or such lesser period as may be agreed in writing between the parties) after the day on which the Distributor notifies the Retailer in writing that the scope of the agreement will be expanded to include the Auckland Network as well as the Northern Network.

Transition Date. (a) The Parties agree that October 1, 2014 shall be Xx. Xxxx’x last day of employment with Travelport and his service as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and Chief Legal Officer shall end on the Transition Date.
