Transiting Traffic. 38.8.1 The exchange of transiting traffic is defined in Section 37.5.2.

Transiting Traffic. Tandem switch compensation, as described in Appendix B III.a, is applicable for all traffic Transiting the Tandem switch, which originates from or terminates to a third party. For purpose of billing compensation for Tandem switch traffic, all minutes will be based upon actual usage recorded.

ACC shall be responsible for the Transit Traffic Charges pursuant to Appendix B for ACC originated traffic transited by Chequamegon Communications Cooperative, Inc. to a third party network. For purpose of billing compensation for Transit Traffic, all minutes will be based upon actual usage recorded.
Transiting Traffic. 6.1 MH Telecom agrees not to send transit traffic through AMERITECH WISCONSIN’s network. All MH Telecom originating traffic previously transited through AMERITECH WISCONSIN’s network prior to the execution of this Agreement shall be removed from AMERITECH WISCONSIN’s network on or before October 2, 2002.
Transiting Traffic. 36.8.1 AT&T shall pay to GTE a Transiting Service Charge for the use of its Tandem Switching as described in Attachment 14 (Pricing.)

SPRINT shall be responsible for the Transit Traffic Charges pursuant to Appendix B for SPRINT originated traffic transited by Citizens Telephone Cooperative, Inc. to a third party network. For purpose of billing compensation for Transit Traffic, all minutes will be based upon actual usage recorded.
Transiting Traffic. The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is intended to govern the exchange of traffic to and from the Parties’ respective networks only. Traffic that is originated on a network of a non-party Telecommunications Carrier (“Non-Party Carrier”) and routed through LEC may be delivered to Xxxxxx’x network, provided that the Non Party Carrier shall be responsible for LEC’s transit or other lawful charges. In addition, traffic that is originated by a customer or roamer of Xxxxxx on Xxxxxx’x network that is routed to LEC may be delivered to a Non-Party Carrier provided that Xxxxxx shall be responsible for transit fees charged by LEC and for any transport and/or termination compensation required pursuant to the arrangements between Xxxxxx and such Non Party Carrier. LEC will provide, subject to availability, total minutes of transiting traffic terminating to the terminating carrier (a Non-Party Carrier or Xxxxxx). Xxxxxx shall not perform a transiting function pursuant to this Agreement. If the transiting function described herein is desired by Xxxxxx or LEC, Xxxxxx (or LEC) will request such an arrangement in writing at least 90 days in advance.

Transiting Traffic. For traffic terminating to another network provider’s switch on a local and access basis, Carrier will reimburse QwestQWEST for tandem switching and tandem transport based on the rates listed in Exhibit A. Agreements between Carrier and the other network providers for termination are not covered by this representation. In all cases, the originating company is responsible to follow the EMR standard and to exchange records with both the transiting company and the terminating company, to facilitate the billing process to the originating network.
