Common use of Transit Clause in Contracts

Transit. (a) Narrative materials with a discussion of transit serving the Major Phase; (b) Any measures that are a part of the CP-HP Transportation Demand Management Plan, as defined in the Transportation Plan, that will be implemented in whole or part by the Major Phase;
