Transfers of the Property. Except for Leases entered into in compliance with the other provisions of this Mortgage and the Loan Agreement, Borrower shall not transfer all or any part of the Property, or any interest therein, unless and until Borrower has fully complied with all of the provisions of Section 2.2 of the Loan Agreement such that Borrower would be entitled to cause Lender to release the lien of this Mortgage pursuant to that Section 2.2. There shall be no transfer, sale, assignment, encumbrance, or disposition of any of the capital stock of Borrower.
