Common use of Transfer to Lessee Clause in Contracts

Transfer to Lessee. In the event the Lessee has not exercised its option to renew in accordance with the provisions of Section 9 hereof, and has not exercised its option to purchase the Leased Premises in accordance with the provisions of Section 10 hereof, and upon the full discharge and performance by the Lessee of its obligations under this Lease, the Leased Premises shall thereupon become the absolute property of the Lessee and upon the Lessee's request, Lessor shall execute proper instruments conveying to the Lessee all of Lessor's title thereto.
