Common use of Transfer Services Clause in Contracts

Transfer Services. Immediately on the signing of this Agreement arrange for gas electricity fuel water and telephone services (as available to the Property) to be transferred to the Tenant's name with effect from the commencement date of the Tenancy and pay for any transfer charge applicable and immediately notify the Landlord or the Landlord’s Agent in the event of the transfer of the services to a different supplier.
