Transfer Service Implications. Under Energy Resource Interconnection Service, Customer shall be eligible to inject power from the Generating Facility across the Point of Interconection and to Grant PUD's Transmission System on an as available basis up to the amount of MWs identified in the applicable transient and voltage stability and steady state studies as performed by, or on behalf of, Grant PUD to the extent the upgrades initially required to qualify for Energy Resource Interconnection Service have been constructed and energized.
