Common use of Transfer Reports Clause in Contracts

Transfer Reports. On or prior to the 15th day (or if such day is not ---------------- a Business Day, the next Business Day) of each month (the "Reporting Date"), -------------- Originator agrees to prepare and deliver to the Company a signed report, in substantially in the form of Exhibit A or in such other form as the parties may --------- agree on from time to time with the written approval of the Agent (each, a "Transfer Report").
