Transfer Reports. On or prior to the 15th day (or if such day is ---------------- not a Business Day, the next Business Day) of each month (the "Reporting Date"), -------------- Originator agrees to prepare and deliver to the Company a signed report, in substantially in the form of Exhibit A or in such other form as the parties may --------- agree on from time to time with the written approval of the Agent (each, a "Transfer Report"). Each Transfer Report shall set forth a summary of --------------- information as to the Pool Receivables transferred hereunder, collections on Pool Receivables and other charges or credits as may be required by this Agreement during the month ending on the preceding Month End Date.
Transfer Reports. State Street shall provide ABRA with quarterly reports (including year-to-date information) setting forth the level of transfer activity pursuant to Section 6.03.
Transfer Reports. UMUC shall provide annual transfer reports to TCC. Transfer reports will include information on bachelor’s degree completion, number of credits transferred, number of Community College Transfer Scholarships awarded, and other pertinent information.

A Trial Balance Report or updated payment histories must be received by close of business on the transfer date to include: o Loan number o Borrower's last name o Monthly P&I payment o Monthly escrow payment o Unpaid principal balances and due dates o Escrow balances including buydown and restricted funds o Suspense balances o Late charge balances o Current interest rate o Loan type You are required to provide the following additional information to InterBay Funding within one business day of the transfer date:
Transfer Reports. Forthwith upon determination of each of the Staff Plan Transfer Amount and the Supervisory Plan Transfer Amount, the Vendor shall cause the Vendor's Actuary to provide to the Purchaser a report in respect of the calculation of each of the Staff Plan Transfer Amount and the Supervisory Plan Transfer Amount which reports shall include such information as may be required to obtain the consent of the Ontario Superintendent of Financial Services to the transfer of pension assets and liabilities contemplated in this Paragraph 11.3(b) (the "Transfer Reports").
