TRANSFER POLICY. A. All employee transfers should be resolved in a fair and equitable manner. Under normal transfer conditions consideration will be given on the basis of whether or not the persons being considered for transfer meet the requirements of the position that is available. If two or more candidates meet the conditions set forth and all other factors are equal, then the staff member having the greater seniority in the District shall be given his/her preference.
