Common use of Transfer of Rights Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Rights. In the event that another Operating Agent is appointed under paragraph (d) or (e) above, the Operating Agent shall transfer to such replacement Operating Agent any property rights which it may hold on behalf of the Task.

Transfer of Rights. In the event that another Operating Agent is appointed under paragraph (de) or (ef) above, the Operating Agent shall transfer to such replacement Operating Agent any property rights which it may hold on behalf of the Task.
