Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Sales Finance Act Licenses The Indenture Trustee shall use its best efforts to maintain the effectiveness of all licenses required under the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Sales Finance Act in connection with this Indenture and the transactions contemplated hereby until the lien and security interest of this Indenture shall no longer be in effect in accordance with the terms hereof.
Incorporation of Prompt Payment Policy Statement into Contracts The provisions of this Exhibit shall apply to all Payments as they become due and owing pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, notwithstanding that NYSERDA may subsequently amend its Prompt Payment Policy by further rulemaking.
Compliance with Federal Law, Regulations, and Executive Orders This is an acknowledgement that FEMA financial assistance will be used to fund all or a portion of the contract. Files Subject to Florida's Public Records Law Any file, report, record, document, paper, letter, or other material received, generated, maintained or sent by Grantee to Florida Housing or its agent(s) in connection with this agreement is subject to the provisions of Section 119.01- .15, Fla. Stat., as may be amended from time to time (Florida's Public Records Law). Grantee represents and acknowledges that it has read and understands Florida's Public Records Law and agrees to comply with Florida's Public Records Law.
