Transfer of Agency Function. Without the consent of the Company or any Lender, the Agent may at any time or from time to time transfer its functions as Agent hereunder to any of its offices wherever located in the continental United States, provided that the Agent shall promptly notify the Company and the Lenders of such transfer.
