Transfer Date. On the Transfer Date: (a) Purchaser shall assume all Servicing responsibilities, and Seller and/or the Current Servicer shall cease all Servicing responsibilities, related to the Mortgage Loans; and (b) Seller shall assign to Purchaser all of Seller's right, title and interest in and to the Mortgage Loans with respect to the Servicing transferred.
