Transfer Date. The closing of any sale of the PV System (the “Transfer Date”) pursuant to this Article XIII will occur as soon as practicable but no later than ninety (90) Business Days following the date of the notice provided to Contractor pursuant to Section 13.2(a) or (b). This Agreement shall terminate effective upon the Transfer Date.
