TRANSACTION COORDINATOR. A transaction coordinator is a licensee who is not acting as an agent of either the Landlord or the Prospective Tenant, yet is providing services to complete a real estate transaction. The transaction coordinator is not an agent for either party and therefore owes no fiduciary duty to either party. The transactional coordinator is not the advocate of either party and therefore has no obligation to “negotiate” for either party. The responsibilities to the transaction coordinator typically include: □ Providing access to and the showings of the property. □ Providing access to market information □ Providing assistance in the preparation of an application for lease reflects the terms of the parties’ agreement. □ Presenting an offer to lease any subsequent counter-offers. □ Assisting all parties in undertaking all steps necessary to carry out the agreement for lease.

TRANSACTION COORDINATOR. Xxxxxx(s) has engaged the services of a transaction coordinator who will be assisting the broker in the processing of the real estate transaction. The transaction coordinator’s services may include, but not be limited to, the following: gathering necessary information and paperwork for and from buyers and sellers, overseeing and organizing contractual deadlines, communicating, and coordinating with lenders, title companies, inspectors, other brokers in the transaction and the parties to the contract to facilitate the closing of the real estate transaction, and assembling the final real estate transaction file for closing. TRANSACTION COORDINATOR. Contractor shall submit all documentation associated and required for the transactions to the PREN transaction coordination department. Submission of all documentation will be done as per the direction and within the time frames dictated by executed Listing Agreement and/or Residential Purchase Contract. Contractor shall be responsible to submit any documentation required by PREN as directed by Transaction Coordinator. Any delay in delivery or lack of any documentation will result in delay in release of any commission due to contractor until the required documentation is received by PREN.

Submission of all documentation will be done as per the direction and within the time frames dictated by executed Listing Agreement and/or Residential Purchase Contract. Independent Contractor shall be responsible to submit any documentation required by Broker as directed by Transaction Coordinator. It is the policy of the broker that the agent submit all documentation to the broker within 3 days of execution. Any delay in delivery or lack of any documentation will result in a late fee and/or delay in release of any commission due to Independent Contractor until the required documentation is received by Broker.

Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. MCOs must also coordinate services with the DSHS, DFPS, and their designees for Members requiring Non-Capitated Services. Non-Capitated Services includes, without limitation, services that are not available for coverage under the Contract, State Plan or Waiver that are available under the Federal Substance Abuse and Prevention and Treatment block grant when provided by a DSHS-funded provider or covered by the DFPS under direct contract with a treatment provider. MCOs must work with DSHS, DFPS, and providers to ensure payment for Covered Services is available to Out-of-Network Providers who also provide related Non-capitated Services when the Covered Services are not available through Network Providers.

  • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.
