Training Support. CenturyLink shall provide training, on a non-discriminatory basis, for all CenturyLink employees who may communicate, either by telephone or face-to-face, with CLEC end users. Such training shall include compliance with the branding requirements of this Agreement including without limitation provisions of forms, and unbranded “Not at Home’ notices.
