Product and Training Support. (a) SUPPLIER RESPONSE. Supplier will provide technical assistance and product support services to Applied, seven (7) days a week, 24 hours a day, at no additional charge. Supplier agrees to provide an initial response (via telephone or electronically) to any inquiry from Applied within one (1) business day. If Supplier is requested by Applied to provide an in-depth failure analysis of Item failures occurring at an GSA-Rev D SatCon 11-2002 APPLIED MATERIALS, INC. CONFIDENTIAL 16 Applied facility or customer location, Supplier agrees to provide timely analysis and feedback to Applied.

Related to Product and Training Support

  • Customer Support and Training System Agency will provide support for the CMBHS, including problem tracking and problem resolution. System Agency will provide telephone numbers for Grantees to obtain access to expert assistance for CMBHS-related problem resolution. System Agency will provide initial CMBHS training. Grantee shall provide subsequent ongoing end-user training.

  • First Aid Training a) The Employer will encourage employees to take first-aid and refresher courses and for this purpose will assume the cost of first-aid training. Employees selected by the Employer for first-aid training shall be granted time off without loss of pay.

  • Job Training The Employer and the Union shall establish a Joint Committee on Training and Skill Upgrading for the following purposes:

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.
