Training Overtime Sample Clauses
The Training Overtime clause establishes the rules and conditions under which employees are compensated for hours spent in training that exceed their regular working hours. Typically, this clause specifies when overtime pay rates apply to training sessions, outlines eligibility criteria, and may detail the approval process for such overtime. Its core function is to ensure employees are fairly compensated for mandatory or job-related training that requires them to work beyond their standard schedule, thereby promoting compliance with labor laws and preventing disputes over unpaid overtime.
