Training Mandatory. The Officer shall be responsible for any newly legislated training, courses, up- grading and/or certification that becomes mandatory in the future to maintain their current certificate of competency.
Training Mandatory. Franchisee will not allow any of Franchisee's System Restaurants to be managed by any person who has not successfully completed BRAII's management training course. If a manager dies, resigns, or is terminated, Franchisee will not be in default of this requirement if the successor manager begins the required training course within 90 days after first assuming the duties of a manager and successfully completes the course.
Training Mandatory. The Licensed Concept may be managed only by persons who have successfully completed PHI's training course ("approved managers"). If the approved manager transfers or is terminated, Licensee will not be in default of this requirement so long as the successor manager successfully completes the required training course within 45 days after the departure of the former approved manager (or, if PHI has not offered a training program within that period, as soon thereafter as the training program is offered).
