Training Mandatory. Franchisee will not allow any of Franchisee's System Restaurants to be managed by any person who has not successfully completed BRAII's management training course. If a manager dies, resigns, or is terminated, Franchisee will not be in default of this requirement if the successor manager begins the required training course within 90 days after first assuming the duties of a manager and successfully completes the course.
