Training for Charge Nurse Position. The Employer will make a good faith effort to provide unit-based and house-wide charge nurse training prior to being assigned the role of charge nurse. The unit-based training shall include but is not limited to a written job description and disaster protocol for the specific unit. House-wide training shall also include disaster protocol for the entire medical center.
