Common use of Training Fee Clause in Contracts

Training Fee. Concurrent with the execution and delivery of this Agreement to HHC, and as a condition precedent to having access to the Training Course and use of the Training Materials and one year of membership access, in furtherance thereof, Prospective Instructor shall pay HHC the fee indicated on the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ website at time of order.
