Training Fee. The fees due and payable for the Training Services (“Training Fee”) shall be specified in the Enthought Order provided to Customer for the Training Services.
Training Fee. NovaCare agrees to pay a training fee (only upon request to train from NovaCare) to Nautilus for any Nautilus employee who trains any person who purchases Products pursuant to orders submitted by NovaCare. Such training fee will be calculated as four percent (4%) of the gross invoice amount, less Deductions, collected by Nautilus from the purchaser of the Products sold. Payment will be made only after such purchaser signs a Nautilus installation satisfaction sheet provided by NovaCare.

Concurrent with the execution and delivery of this Agreement to HHC, and as a condition precedent to having access to the Training Course and use of the Training Materials and one year of membership access, in furtherance thereof, Prospective Instructor shall pay HHC the fee indicated on the XxxxxxxXxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx website at time of order. (“Training Fee”).
Training Fee. Franchisee agrees to pay to Franchisor, concurrently with the execution of this Addendum, a training fee of Six Hundred Dollars ($600) to compensate Franchisor for its costs and expenses in providing initial training to Franchisee in connection with Franchisee's participation in the Special Product Program. Franchisee acknowledges and agrees that the training fee represents payment for the initial grant of the rights to use the Special Product Trademarks and Licensed Methods relating to the Special Product Program. Franchisor has earned the training fee upon receipt, and the training fee is not refundable to Franchisee after it is paid.
