Common use of Training Failures Clause in Contracts

Training Failures. Employees having a training failure for above basic classifications, introductory or basic training courses in the Airport & Cargo Operations Category, will be subject to the following: a ) One (1) re-write for an examination will be provided, by the Company, within thirty (30) days of the date of the failed examination. Employees will be notified of the results of their examination within ten (10) calendar days of the date of the examination.
