Common use of Training Facilities Clause in Contracts

Training Facilities. In the event of any requirement for the training of the employees/executives/ personnel, of the SDP-MSC, MPOnline shall on their own discretion provide such training to the employee/executives/ personnel at an extra cost to the SDP-MSC. MPOnline shall at its sole option and discretion provide additional facilities to the SDP-MSC depending upon several factors which include without limitation market potentiality of the area of operation of the SDP-MSC, strategic importance of the area for MPOnline, requirement of the SDP-MSC, needs of the customers of MPOnline etc. MPOnline may provide training to the personnel engaged or employed by the SDP-MSC at its request at an extra cost to the SDP-MSC.
