Training Defined Clause Samples

The "Training Defined" clause establishes a clear definition of what constitutes training within the context of the agreement. It typically outlines the scope, format, and content of training activities, such as whether they include in-person sessions, online modules, or hands-on demonstrations, and may specify who is responsible for providing or attending the training. By precisely defining training, this clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of their obligations and helps prevent disputes over what is required or expected regarding training services.
